Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at PeopleReady. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our pest control services and pricing
• Schedule appointments for pest control treatments
• Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
• Achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Background check and Drug test required
