DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

This customer service role involves a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive experience for our guests. You will greet customers warmly as they approach the register, and with attention to detail, process their payments accurately. When handling cash transactions, you will ensure that change is counted and returned correctly. Additionally, you may assist fellow team members with light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment. Your presence is vital to the smooth operation of our establishment, and you will take pride in your role.
