Incentives: Eligible for a Quarterly Shop Bonus Plan, up to $300 per quarter

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive manufacturing process strategies for new product lines
- Enhance existing manufacturing process strategies and machinery for current products
- Review and revise existing manufacturing process strategies for future product batches
- Design and develop work-holding fixtures for CNC machining and related production methods
- Address and resolve manufacturing challenges with urgency
- Collaborate effectively with programming, production, and management teams
- Ensure high standards of product quality and manufacturing efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC machining
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software - Solidworks is highly preferred
- Experience collaborating with major aerospace manufacturers
- Expertise in creating detailed process routers and manufacturing schematics
- Familiarity with secondary metal processing techniques (e.g., heat treatment, anodizing, plating)
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications accurately, with strong GD&T skills
- Capacity to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong skills in writing and editing operational instructions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication abilities
- Experience in lean manufacturing is advantageous
