Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Drive financial planning processes, including long-term modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.
  • Financial Operations and Risk Management: Lead responsibility for maintaining our long-term financial model tied to our strategic operational plan, and implement robust financial controls and processes to mitigate risk and safeguard company assets.
  • Capital Structure and Financing: Work with the CEO and investment banker to oversee capital structure and financing activities, including debt/equity issuances, to ensure adequate funding for strategic initiatives.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience within a global information technology company as a finance and accounting executive.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling for SaaS, analysis, and forecasting skills, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
