As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues, determine customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Suburban Propane products and services, customer account and billing processes, and policies and procedures related to product delivery and service.
  • Utilize a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities, presenting a professional and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with customers.
  • Effectively manage customer account data, including setting up new accounts and maintaining related information.

Qualifications:
