Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Team Member to join our team. As a Deli Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving deli products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and helpful service to all customers
  • Prepare and serve deli products, including slicing, cutting, and wrapping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to corporate and state sanitation regulations
  • Perform sanitation duties, including mopping, sweeping, and emptying garbage
  • Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures
  • Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs consistent with store policy
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Satisfactory performance reviews
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic literacy and computer skills
Physical Requirements
  • Bending: 5-8 hours
  • Exposure to cold environment: 5-8 hours
  • Exposure to hot environment: frequent, 3-5 hours
  • Grasping/finger movement and dexterity: constant, 5-8 hours
