The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at The Alice Hyde Medical Center Dental Clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality general dental services to patients of all ages, including those with special needs.
- Perform related duties as required, ensuring timely and accurate documentation for corporate compliance and billing purposes.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of modern dentistry principles and prevention of dental diseases.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to improving patient care and exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
Requirements:
- Dentist with current NYS license (or ability to obtain).
- Graduate from a CODA-accredited dental school in the United States or Canada with a DDS or DMD degree.
- Current DEA registration for the purpose of writing prescriptions.
