This is a 32-hour patient-facing and 8-hour non-patient-facing position, working closely with a supportive team of 1 LPN, 1 Patient Access Representative, and 1 Medical Assistant using EMR Epic.
The Hospital
The University of Vermont Health Network Alice Hyde Medical Center is a 75-bed acute care facility serving northern NY and VT. Our hospital provides a range of services, including a 24-hour, MD-staffed Emergency Department, laboratory, surgical services, and outpatient services. We work closely with the certified Level III trauma center located 1 hour away and with UVM Medical Center, a Level I trauma center located 2 hours away.
