About the Role

The Maternal Child Health Specialist will be responsible for developing a full caseload of families, providing culturally sensitive services to diverse populations, and ensuring adherence to program policies and agency standards.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and basic computer skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a full caseload of families per Nurse Family Partnership guidelines
  • Provide culturally sensitive services to diverse populations
  • Maintain model fidelity and ensure adherence to program policies
  • Uphold agency standards
Requirements
  • BS in Nursing required
  • Current RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in maternal/child health, pediatrics, and/or community health
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Spanish, French, and Creole language skills a plus
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and location. SCO Family of Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
