About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scheduling and Work Rule Analyst to join our team at the Air Line Pilots Association. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical support to our carriers and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze pilot scheduling and work rules during negotiations and/or grievances
  • Provide analysis of pilot scheduling and work rules for critical Association issues
  • Testify as an expert witness in Association litigation
  • Make recommendations regarding negotiating strategy and Association policy
  • Provide guidance on work rule and scheduling issues to Association and department staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
  • At least 10 years of experience in pilot scheduling and work rules, with a minimum of 6 years in direct labor negotiations
  • Extensive knowledge of pilot scheduling and work rules, airline operations, and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
