Senior Housekeeper Opportunity at Vacasa

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Housekeeper to join our team at Vacasa. As a Senior Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our properties, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties using established cleaning procedures and products
  • Create a welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
  • Identify and report any damages to properties, creating maintenance tickets as necessary
  • Mentor, train, and support new and existing Housekeepers
  • Perform inspections of cleans completed by Housekeepers and provide feedback for improvement
  • Touch-up cleans as needed to maintain high standards
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with team members and management
  • Correspond regularly with local management and team members
  • Be available and willing to assist colleagues and management as needed
  • Provide cross-coverage for your manager and Co-Senior Housekeeper(s) when necessary
  • Collect and remove trash and debris
  • Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics
  • Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
  • Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
  • Maintain hot tubs as needed, with on-site training provided
  • Other responsibilities as assigned, as every day is different

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone and personal email address
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead by example, embodying our company values
  • Highly responsive and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but we can teach you the Vacasa standard
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • Reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices

Compensation:

$23/hr

Performance-based, discretionary quarterly bonuses for eligible employees
