Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Server Assistant to join our Dining Services team at Senior Services of America. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional service and care in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with seating, serving, and clearing tables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure residents feel valued and respected.
  • Assist with food preparation and clean up as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Food service experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Food Handler's Permit (have or able to obtain).
