This role is essential in ensuring our IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize project management software to effectively manage and complete project tasks.
- Address and resolve technical support issues through a structured ticketing system.
- Configure and set up workstations, VoIP systems, and email accounts for new staff.
- Oversee user permissions and access management.
- Administer mobile device management solutions.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT hardware and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide comprehensive technical support across various platforms.
- Conduct regular system administration, evaluations, and audits.
- Lead foundational infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer, server, and network issues.
- Perform proactive analysis to recommend improvements.
- Set up and manage Domain Controllers, Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, and network configurations.
- Implement and oversee security systems and protocols.
- Promote and enforce cybersecurity principles within the organization.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of various computer systems and network infrastructures.
Work Environment:
This position may require occasional travel to various company locations and the ability to provide after-hours support as needed.
