Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome: Greet guests with a smile and make them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Wait List Management: Manage the wait list efficiently, ensuring guests are informed of wait times and provided with updates.
  • Communication: Communicate guest concerns to management when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Phone Handling: Answer phone calls within three rings and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
  • Team Support: Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • Problem-Solving: Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
