Pet Resort Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pet Resort Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and their furry family members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a positive and welcoming environment for our four-legged guests and their pet parents.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of our services and suggest the best options to meet clients' needs.
  • Ensure a caring and compassionate experience for our pet parents through clear communication, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a seamless experience for both pets and pet parents.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the pet resort to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all animals.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Excellent time and task management.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software easily.
  • Comfortable around dogs and cats.
