Sales Executive for ITS America Events

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team for ITS America Events. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving revenue space and media sales goals through prospecting and driving new business, as well as growing your existing territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the B2B sector, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for managing a large customer base, identifying new segments and opportunities, and driving continued product development.

You will work closely with Event Management to develop a selling strategy aimed at augmenting and cultivating an assigned territory of prospects and potential customers. Regularly, you will provide Management with forecasts against the sales strategy and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue space and media sales goals
  • Prospect for new business and drive new sales opportunities
  • Manage and broaden Exhibitor Prospect Lists and generate targeted lists to increase the probability of sales
  • Utilize all internal tools to create a more effective and efficient selling environment
  • Forecast revenue projections
  • Participate in training programs and role plays

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two or more years prior sales experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize sales data systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel (advanced knowledge preferred), Word, and PowerPoint
