Job Summary

As a Clinical Coordinator in our Spine OR, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading our interdisciplinary team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating healthier communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and effective care to patients, utilizing evidence-based practice and research
  • Coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, prioritizing patient-centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving process improvements and desired outcomes
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced staff, promoting individual growth and development
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred
  • Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
  • Certified in Basic Life Support
  • Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, with a commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process
