Manufacturing and Process Development Specialist

Intel is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing and Process Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and systems to meet the demands of our cutting-edge technology products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to ensure high-quality products and efficient production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing operations
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Conduct process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement process control plans to ensure consistent product quality and reduce defects
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related STEM field
- 3+ months of educational or industry experience in manufacturing and process development
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, including process control, quality control, and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and implement process improvements
