About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing systems
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize process performance
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
