About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LPN Dispensing Nurse to join our team at Taunton Comprehensive Treatment Center. As an LPN Dispensing Nurse, you will play a critical role in the treatment and recovery of patients with opioid use disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician
  • Maintain accurate accounting of all medication received and dispensed
  • Chart medication administration in nurse's notes accurately and in a timely manner
  • Document nursing care provided and maintain appropriate records related to patient progress and activities
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of all medication stock and records required by the DEA, FDA, and ADP
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Prefer 1 year nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery field
  • Training or experience treating patients with MAT (medication assisted treatment) highly preferred
