Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Residential Support Worker to join our team at The Children's Home of Kingston. The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing care and support to children and adolescents.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe and healthy living environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve therapeutic goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree preferred
- Valid NYS Driver's License
Work Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday days (8am-6pm)
- 5 days on, 2 days off schedule (Tuesday-Saturday & Sunday-Thursday)
- Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
