Job Title: Residential Program Supervisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Program Supervisor to join our team in In Flight, Inc. As a Residential Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential group home, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents, as well as providing administrative leadership and supervision to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and supervising residential staff to maintain optimal client-to-staff ratios and provide meaningful programming for all shifts.
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and training to in-house Team Leads, DSPs, and other professional staff, including on-the-job supervision to ensure that staff members are assigned specific duties.
  • Maintaining flexibility in regard to assignments and schedule, being available for consultation and support during non-business hours, and working forty hours per week, including a minimum of sixteen hours per month on weekends.
  • Overseeing house and resident monies, managing property maintenance, reviewing and verifying billing documentation, coordinating financial operations, and monitoring spending and budgets.
  • Conducting and recording monthly fire drills, reporting potentially hazardous conditions to the Residential Director, and collaborating with the Human Resources Department to train, coach, and evaluate Residential Staff.
  • Ensuring proper documentation, notifications to parents, guardians, and care coordinators, and supporting the oversight and management of program funds and expenditures.
  • Reviewing reports, resident progress notes, and conducting unannounced supervisory checks to resolve issues and provide training corrections as needed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, or a related field, along with two years of supervisory experience in the DD field, or an AAS degree and four years of supervisory experience in the DD field.
  • Ability to manage others and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills.
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is $43,750 - $50,250 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and a competitive benefits package. Note that actual compensation may vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
