The Opportunity

This position is located in Plymouth, MN, working within our SH division in the Structural Heart Business Mission. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.

Job Description

We're seeking a Staff Firmware Engineer to lead firmware development involving Bluetooth, NFC, and message handling of a critical subsystem. The incumbent will provide technical leadership in a high-performing R&D team that's redefining the treatment of structural heart disease.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field.
  • Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
  • A track record of delivering working software with increasing scope, complexity, and leadership responsibilities.
  • Coding experience in C, C++, C#, etc.
  • Experience in software development involving BLE/NFC stacks.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $190,000.00, depending on location.
