Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Device Technical Director to lead our technical team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of medical device projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical device products.
  • Project Management: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of medical device software and hardware components, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices, staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.

You will also contribute to product enhancements and the overall technical strategy for the company's medical device portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong background in software and hardware development for medical devices.
  • Experience with regulatory standards and requirements for medical device software and hardware.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
  • Knowledge of medical device software development frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.

Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
