Job Description

At PMP Management, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer service calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding billing, statements, fees, and HOA rules
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous call center or customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
