Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist - IT Support
This role will involve providing technical assistance and support to internal users via phone and chat. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows 10/11, Office 365, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and corporate applications.
The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for handling an average of 25 calls and chats per day as a single point of contact for technical issues and questions. They will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
The position offers a variety of shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Preferred shifts will be taken into account.
After completing a 5-week training period onsite in Franklin, WI, the successful candidate will transition to a hybrid schedule. During this time, they will be required to work from the office one week and then work from home the next.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess an associate degree or equivalent work experience. Experience using and supporting MS Office and Outlook is recommended.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of computer, mobile device hardware, and software troubleshooting, including proficiency in using software support tools.
