  • Maintaining regular attendance and demonstrating initiative in your role.
  • Being available for weekend and holiday shifts as required.
  • Multi-tasking efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Completing all required training and attending mandatory team meetings.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using computers, keyboards, and mice.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Ability to comprehend basic written and verbal communication in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance for orientation and training.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check is required.

Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous.
