Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and maintenance for computer systems and networks
- Assist in the coordination of personal computer service, maintenance, and training
- Provide basic and advanced hardware and software technical support to users
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on field personal computers and related equipment
- Analyze the need for new computer equipment and recommend means of acquisition
- Investigate staff misconduct related to information and computer security
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must have IT-related experience demonstrating attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower GS-grade (or equivalent)
