Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Maintain patient records and documentation, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and filing documents.
  • Assist with emergency situations, including code blues and patient falls.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
