Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
- Maintain patient records and documentation, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.
- Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Perform various clerical duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and filing documents.
- Assist with emergency situations, including code blues and patient falls.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
