The Sales Consultant is tasked with generating sales appointments with customers who reach out to the dealership online for new and/or pre-owned vehicles.

This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously.

This accountable position leverages lead management tools, CRM software, and online resources to manage inquiry flow, update customer records, and monitor customer interest closely.

The Sales Consultant will receive training to understand all products and services offered, gaining knowledge of inventory, financing options, and incentive programs.
