Piedmont Newnan Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program. As a new graduate nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals from birth through the lifecycle
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care activities
- Maintain standards of practice and promote a culture of excellence
- Graduate of a nursing program
- New graduate nurse eligible
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification required
