The Midtown Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Support:
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and services.
- Assist clients with questions and/or complaints related to our programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and communicate challenges that may arise with the use of professional judgment while adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- 6 months of experience in a call center capacity required.
- Skills:
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM) required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of Medi-Cal/Medicaid or health services experience.
