Job Summary:

The Midtown Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Support:
    • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and services.
    • Assist clients with questions and/or complaints related to our programs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
    • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Identify and communicate challenges that may arise with the use of professional judgment while adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Complete other projects and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience:
    • 6 months of experience in a call center capacity required.
  • Skills:
    • Typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM) required.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months of Medi-Cal/Medicaid or health services experience.
