Lead the Way with GLORY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at GLORY. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Supervise and train a small team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on sales activity and team performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
