- Solution Development: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients, ensuring customer value and strategic goals are aligned.
- Customer Centricity: Deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities, ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
- Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increasing Wipro's mindshare.
