Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to support the DHS FLETC program in Glynco, GA. Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and guide the effective execution and management of intricate federal IT projects.
Provide support to federal customers, IT governance boards, change control boards, and partner organizations, assign resources to programs ensuring staffing requirements are met, establishes program objectives, and monitors progress to achieve effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to include response/resolution times, and performance metrics.
Manage program budget to reach customer objectives, revenue, cost, and profit targets.
Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance to government customers and corporate leadership.
Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications.
Prioritize, track, and manage a portfolio of IT projects ensuring deadlines are met.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules and resources to meet key goals.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of technical program management in a federal government contracting environment with a track record of successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with supporting the DHS mission or similar agencies - preferred.
Experience leading highly technical teams that range from FTEs in size with adaptability and resilience.
Must possess an active PMP certification.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and a proven ability to influence decision making while providing white glove customer service.
Strong people management skills and ability to mentor and manage staff for optimal results.
Must be able to pass the DHS law enforcement background check.
