We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Turning Point Community Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our program, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Review and track staff progress notes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Secure coverage for absent staff members, ensuring that client needs are met at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of staff performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to staff members.
- Meet with the Program Director on a regular basis to discuss program operations and provide updates on staff performance.
- Assist in the interviewing and decision-making process when hiring new staff members.
- Review and update all program forms and reports, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, including medication runs and other essential tasks.
- Carry a small caseload and provide case management services to clients as required.
- Provide after-hours support to clients in crisis, ensuring that their needs are met at all times.
- Interact productively with the team to provide holistic case management services to clients.
- Provide on-the-spot counseling to clients, ensuring that they receive the support they need.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients and staff members.
- Complete paperwork and reports in a timely manner, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, with increasing leadership roles desired.
- Licenses and Certifications: California driver's license and current vehicle insurance/registration required; reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection required.
Tuesday - Saturday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
