Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at WM. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance inspections, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other heavy equipment components.
  • Utilize fleet maintenance software to track and manage maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or repair.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and other heavy equipment components.
