Position Overview
This role involves the development and implementation of corrective strategies, enhancements, and improvements across various operational areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and investigations into issues affecting management processes.
  • Create forecasts and strategic plans related to maintenance, renovations, repairs, asset management, and customer service.
  • Address inquiries and reports from oversight bodies such as the Inspector General and audit agencies.

Qualifications

Applicants must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in federal service or comparable experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience should include:

  • Identifying issues, probing root causes, analyzing potential solutions, and selecting appropriate administrative, technical, and financial actions to resolve significant program challenges related to housing.
  • Establishing performance targets, metrics, standards, and quality assurance criteria for evaluating housing functions.
  • Overseeing the development of performance measurement and benchmarking programs to assist in the collection and analysis of performance data.
  • Managing program performance across the global housing enterprise to enhance the effectiveness of housing policies, operations, and services.
