Job Overview

This role requires working closely with our oral surgeons and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication. You will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient schedules, ensuring timely appointments and minimizing wait times.
  • Coordinate with the surgical team to prepare treatment plans, gather patient information, and schedule surgeries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and post-operative instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and reduce wait times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Dental Assistant or Oral Surgery Assistant preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
