- Internet Sales: Handle all internet sales inquiries personally and provide accurate information to customers.
- Market Research: Research auto-buying services on the internet and act as a liaison with services used by the dealership to promote its website and advertising.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories, and their benefits to customers.
- Productivity Goals: Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Call Volume: Make a minimum of 140 calls within a 6-hour shift.
- Script Adherence: Follow a script and instructions from a supervisor.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Team Player: Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Communication Skills: Pleasant, engaging, and professional phone manner.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
