  • Appointment Management: Confirm customer appointments and follow up to ensure timely visits.
  • Internet Sales: Handle all internet sales inquiries personally and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Market Research: Research auto-buying services on the internet and act as a liaison with services used by the dealership to promote its website and advertising.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and accessories, and their benefits to customers.
  • Productivity Goals: Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Call Volume: Make a minimum of 140 calls within a 6-hour shift.
