Sales Professional

SG360 is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for researching, qualifying, presenting, communicating, and closing sales on behalf of SG360.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate client projects through collaboration with support resources to satisfy customer requirements.
- Understand process flow for each facility to promote consistent project execution from concept to billing.
- Establish strong relationships with customers.
- Communicate directly with clients to receive and interpret specifications, work through operation issues, and propose solutions.
- Coordinate customer requests for structural design, accurate pricing, and requests for press time per facility.
- Work with all departments to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Communicate changes in job status affecting an order prior to production to the appropriate departments and initiate additional RFEs, as necessary.
- Review and communicate order management updates as received.
- Participate in and/or facilitate internal preproduction meetings to communicate customer requirements, concerns, workflow, or preferences to the assigned PM, CSR.
- Initiate post-production meetings, as necessary.
- Able to respond to production facility inquiries on behalf of client/SE.
- Facility visits as projects dictate, including strategic partners.
- Initiate post-production meetings, as necessary.
- Support customer-facing sales support activities, including press-okays and facility visits.
- Review invoices for completeness and accuracy.
- Approve and structure invoices as required by the customer, targeting 48-72 hours after the last drop/delivery.
- Resolve discrepancies by working with the customer/SE.
- Ensure additional charges are communicated and charged.
- Knowledge of direct mail, personalization, digital, sheetfed, and web/inline services is required, with marketing services a plus.
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully complete a variety of tasks and/or responsibilities by effectively determining priorities and finding ways to complete more efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of SG360, external clients, and prepare professional correspondence.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- College degree in graphics arts, business administration, or marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required in graphic arts - sales, customer service, sales service.
