Processing Specialist III

The Complex Client Processor position at Deluxe Corporation handles the most intricate customer interactions with minimal supervision. The focus of this role is to perform the day-to-day functions of highly complex client processing.
Handles highly complex customers with unique, specific, and/or challenging processing requirements.
Performs lookups and additional research on rejected payments and paperwork.
Higher-level decision making on transactions
Manages received dates, effective dates/backdates on mail to be processed to ensure that all client deadlines are met.
Communicates with all areas of Operations throughout the shift to ensure deadlines are met.
Customer Contact to resolve issues and processes
Processes work accurately and maintains performance output in accordance with department and client standards
Demonstrates a high-level knowledge of specific client requirements
Assists with Training & Controls for Quality Assurance
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in document processing.
