About the Job

As a Process Engineer III at OneHeart Medical Staffing, you will be responsible for supervising the installation and start-up of SCR systems, performing as a site engineer, engineering coordinator, and start-up engineer for systems, and developing new equipment and techniques. You will also be responsible for transferring operating know-how to SCR customers through training, publications, discussions, presentations, and other forms of communication. Additionally, you will be required to make suggestions on how to improve SCR equipment and processes, answer technical questions from customers and new employees, and produce daily progress reports during startups and field service visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise installation and start-up of SCR systems
  • Perform as a site engineer, engineering coordinator, and start-up engineer for systems
  • Develop new equipment and techniques
  • Transfer operating know-how to SCR customers
  • Make suggestions on how to improve SCR equipment and processes
  • Answer technical questions from customers and new employees
  • Produce daily progress reports during startups and field service visits

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of process engineering or operations management of industrial processing systems
  • Preferred experience with combustion management systems operation
  • Desirable experience with molten metal processing systems
  • Ability to communicate design information from various documents
  • Ability to focus efforts towards successful completion of the project
  • Ability to use AutoCad is not required but ability to learn to use this software is desired

Physical, Mental and Visual Effort
International travel is required, up to 50%, for several weeks duration at a time. The Process Engineer must have tenacity and an ability to work with a diverse group of international customers.

Supervision
This individual requires minimum supervision to accomplish the wide variety of tasks required.

Report
Required to manage heavy project documentation and write procedures and manuals. Must have an ability to recall, locate, summarize, and communicate answers to questions posed by SCR customers.

Flexibility
Because of the large variety of different tasks required, this individual must be very flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing requirements.

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 8 years of process engineering or operations management of industrial processing systems
  • Preferred experience with combustion management systems operation
  • Desirable experience with molten metal processing systems
  • This is a very hands-on Process Engineer position
  • International travel will be required up to 50% of the time
