Job Title: Manager - Business Systems & Epicor ERP

CSI is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the design, development, and implementation of business systems and applications that support our operations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the effective use of technology to achieve our goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of business systems to support organizational objectives.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Epicor Kinetic configuration, customization, and reporting tools.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and resolve any system-related issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and other partners to ensure the smooth operation of business systems.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in business systems to make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing business systems, including system design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP administrator, preferably with Epicor Kinetic.
  • Strong understanding of Epicor Kinetic ERP system, preferably in on-prem environments.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and understanding of how technology can support and improve operations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
