This role serves as a liaison between business user groups and technical systems groups, assisting with the creation of business cases, planning, and monitoring project deliverables. Key responsibilities include eliciting functional and non-functional requirements, translating, simplifying, and organizing requirements, and managing and communicating requirements. Additional responsibilities include designing, documenting, and maintaining business and/or system processes, identifying and designing business/system improvement opportunities, and performing issue analysis. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a technology or engineering-related field, or equivalent experience, 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance, business, or support role working on a Guidewire project, and Guidewire Cloud Certified Associate designation. Strong analytical and technical skills are required, as well as effective written and verbal communication in a professional manner to management, business partners, associates, and external resources.
