A few details about the role:
  • Establish and execute enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to guarantee the scalability, security, and efficiency of technology systems across Lifespace.
  • Supervise the implementation and upkeep of essential enterprise systems, ensuring their seamless integration with consumer-facing digital technologies.
  • Expertise in developing consumer-oriented applications across mobile, web, wearable, and other emerging platforms.
  • Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications on PaaS and SaaS platforms for both enterprise and consumer applications.
  • Promote the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices to expedite development cycles and deliver value to both the business and its customers.
  • Identify and implement RPA opportunities across Lifespace to automate repetitive tasks, minimize errors, and enhance operational efficiency in both enterprise and consumer-facing processes.
  • Explore and integrate AI, Gen AI, and ML technologies to drive innovation, improve customer experiences, and secure a competitive advantage in both the enterprise and consumer markets.
And here's what you need to apply:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful technology initiatives across both enterprise and consumer domains.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud technologies, software development methodologies, AI/ML applications, and consumer technology trends.
  • Proven experience in managing complex technology projects and budgets, with a focus on delivering value to both the business and its customers.
