  • Lead and manage teams to achieve location goals and targets

Requirements
  • Knowledge of CCC1 platforms and estimating systems
  • Ability to blueprint vehicles and create quality repair plans
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to performance manage teammates
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and a valid driving license
  • Pass a thorough background check
