As a key member of the Commercial Services Department, the Administrative Support Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team. Key responsibilities include:

Typing correspondence, memos, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail

Answering and placing telephone calls, as well as assisting callers as needed

Maintaining record-keeping and filing systems to ensure compliance and efficiency

Arranging meetings and conferences, scheduling and recording minutes as required

Processing commercial loan applications, gathering and assembling data with precision

Providing information and support to supervisors, customers, and Bank personnel in a timely and professional manner

Collaborating with coworkers to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to type at a net speed of 60 WPM

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

One year of job-related experience

High school diploma or equivalent educational experience

Knowledge of bank lending and loan processing policies and procedures (preferred)

Hours:

Approximately 40 hours per week, with a total of 2,080 hours per year
