Job Description

At Tyndale Company, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying talented candidates through proactive sourcing and pipeline building. This role requires a strong understanding of Human Resources practices and employment laws, as well as the ability to craft strategic recruiting strategies and generate effective job postings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment of non-exempt and exempt positions, including sourcing passive candidates, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline by identifying target industries, companies, and professional associations.
  • Craft strategic recruiting strategies for all open positions and create effective job postings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local technical schools, colleges, and universities, and attend job fairs.
  • Manage the recruitment process in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of filling difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and employment laws, as well as best practice recruiting strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers.
