Work Schedule and Benefits:

  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with the possibility of additional hours as necessary. (This position is not remote.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, organize, and coordinate all tasks from the initial listing phase to an accepted offer. This encompasses scheduling inspections, staging, photography, repairs, cleanings, and setting up signs and lockboxes, among other essential activities to prepare properties for sale.
  • Engage with vendors and perform property walkthroughs for planning purposes.
  • Develop detailed written descriptions of properties and manage listings on MLS (Paragon).

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in administrative or project management positions.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Google Apps: Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Calendar.

  • Previous experience in real estate is advantageous.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to obtain a CA real estate license within a specified timeframe (this is not a sales role).

Compensation:
Annual salary range of $62,400 - $72,800.

  • Coordinate, schedule, and plan all activities from listing inception to an accepted offer. This includes scheduling inspections, staging, photography, repairs, cleanings, and the installation of signs and lockboxes, among other tasks required to prepare homes for sale.
  • Communicate daily with clients, vendors, and the team regarding project status.
